Full Stack Developer – AI Solutions (m/f/d)

To strengthen our project team, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence to help design and build advanced, AI-driven solutions across multiple industries.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of an interdisciplinary project team, you will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated analytical and AI-powered information systems for clients in the real estate, financial, and public sectors.

You will actively contribute to the development of in-house AI solutions and play a key role in transforming cutting-edge AI concepts into production-ready systems.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Developing and integrating AI-driven features into full stack applications
✔ Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows for complex, multi-step problem solving
✔ Building custom solutions based on open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)
✔ Collaborating closely with domain experts, data specialists, and software engineers
✔ Ensuring scalability, robustness, and maintainability of deployed systems

Technical Requirements

✔ Strong programming skills in Java and Python
✔ Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
✔ Hands-on experience with modern AI and LLM tooling, including:    
         ✔ Docker for containerized development and deployment
         ✔ LangChain / LangGraph for LLM orchestration and workflow design
         ✔ Ollama or comparable tools for running and managing local/open-source LLMs
         ✔ vLLM for high-performance LLM inferencing

✔ Experience developing agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
✔ Strong interest in applied AI and the integration of AI into real-world business solutions

Your Profile

✔ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✔ A flexible, hands-on team player with a proactive mindset
✔ Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Fluent in German and very good skills in English
